			<abstract>Hurricane Katrina made landfall in August 2005, causing widespread devastation along the Gulf Coast of the United States.  EPA emergency response personnel worked with FEMA and state and local agencies to respond to the emergencies throughout the Gulf.</abstract>
			<purpose>The purpose of this data set is to geographically represent the boundaries of the Murphy Oil Spill in New Orleans, LA resulting from destruction caused by Hurricane Katrina.</purpose>
