Virgin Islands.201503Starting with the data from CD113, the lists of Congressional representatives and senators were
updated using the Freshman114, House, and Senate data sources. There are no Congressional
District boundary changes between the 113th and 114th Congress.
In CD113, the Hawaii second district was mapped as multiple features. Those features were merged
into a single multi-part feature.
