A CBSA is a U.S. geographic area defined by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) that centers on an urban center of at least 10,000 people and adjacent areas that are socioeconomically tied to the urban center by commuting. </purpose><supplinf>An AQI of "code orange" is considered unhealthy for sensitive groups; "code red" is unhealthy for everyone; "code purple" is very unhealthy for everyone. The purpose of the AQI is to help you understand what local air quality means to your health.</supplinf></descript><accconst>None.</accconst><useconst>None.
